Exchange:

• Wrong Size: Please contact our team on WhatsApp within 24 hours of order delivery to request an exchange, subject to stock availability.
• Manufacturing Defect: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it or provide you with store credit of equal or greater value.

Refunds and Returns:

• Mahip India operates on a strict no refunds and returns policy. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.
• Items purchased during sales, using discount codes, or gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Procedure:

• Unboxing Video: Upon receiving your order, please record an unfiltered and unedited video of the unboxing process. This video will serve as valuable documentation in the event of any issues, such as damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
• Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, email us at Exchange@mahipindia.com with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of receiving your order. Ensure you attach clear images showing any defects in the products.

Transit and Delivery:

• No Refunds or Cancellations: Once an order is in transit, we are unable to process refunds or cancellations. Delays in delivery beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Once an order has been processed, refunds or cancellations cannot be initiated.

Customer Responsibility:

• Accurate Shipping Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer, only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
• Reporting Issues: Failure to report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the products will result in no refund or exchange initiation.

Declined Prepaid Orders:

• If a customer declines a prepaid order upon delivery, Mahip India will not be liable to offer any form of refund.
